The first phase of a new show to be developed in residence at the South Street Arts Centre in Reading, with research support from the University of Reading. This new work explores fate, personality change, and the relationship between mind and body, seen through one family’s experience of Huntington’s Disease. Genetic testing, social disinhibition, and the ballads of Woodie Guthrie collide across generations, as individuals struggle with what is inherited from the past, and what is inevitable about the future.
